Welcome to Velorai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Velorai ("Velorai," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Velorai mobile application (the "App") and any related services, websites, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Velorai is an AI-powered companion application that provides users with virtual characters ("AI Characters") capable of engaging in text-based conversations and generating AI images. The Service includes:
The Service is designed for entertainment and companionship purposes only. AI Characters are not real persons and are not a substitute for professional advice, medical treatment, mental health services, or human relationships.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Service, please contact us at support@velorai.cc.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions is prohibited.
We offer the following subscription tiers (prices and features are subject to change):
All subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. We do not directly process or store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal through your store account settings.
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective refund policies. Velorai does not directly issue refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
All conversations, responses, and images generated by AI Characters are produced entirely by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:
To provide AI conversation, voice, and image features, Velorai may transmit the content you submit, selected conversation context, voice recordings or recording URLs, transcripts, AI reply text, image prompts, and reference images to third-party providers, including Volcengine/ByteDance and OpenAI. Audio and generated media may also be stored and delivered through Alibaba Cloud OSS. The exact data, recipient, and purpose are described in the Privacy Policy.
These third-party AI transmissions require a separate affirmative consent in the App before the first transmission. Agreeing to these Terms or merely continuing to use the Service is not treated as that separate consent. If you decline or withdraw consent, the affected AI features will be unavailable.
The Service is not a medical device, therapy tool, or mental health service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional immediately.
The Service, including all AI Characters, the App interface, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of Velorai. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELORAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the App or contacting us at support@velorai.cc. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Velorai account for violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally, then through binding arbitration.

为提供 AI 对话、语音和图片功能，Velorai 可能将您提交的内容、选取的对话上下文、语音录音或录音地址、转写文字、AI 回复文本、图片提示词和参考图片发送给第三方服务商，包括火山引擎/字节跳动和 OpenAI。音频及生成媒体也可能通过阿里云 OSS 存储和分发。具体数据、接收方和用途详见《隐私政策》。
在首次向第三方 AI 发送数据前，应用必须另行取得您的主动明确同意。同意本服务条款或仅继续使用服务，不视为该项单独同意。如果您拒绝或撤回同意，相关 AI 功能将无法使用。
本服务不是医疗设备、治疗工具或心理健康服务。如果您正在经历心理健康危机，请立即联系持证专业人员。
本服务，包括所有 AI 角色、应用界面、标识、商标、图形、软件和算法，均为 Velorai 的专有财产。未经我们事先书面许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或创建衍生作品。
本服务按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们否认所有保证，包括适销性和特定用途适用性的默示保证。
在法律允许的最大范围内，Velorai 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害、利润损失、收入损失、数据损失或因您使用本服务而产生的损害承担责任。
您可以随时通过应用内的账户删除功能或联系 support@velorai.cc 终止账户。我们保留因违反本条款而暂停或终止您账户的权利。
我们可能会随时修改本条款。重大变更将提前至少 30 天通知。您继续使用本服务即表示接受修订后的条款。
本条款受适用法律管辖。争议应首先尝试非正式解决，然后通过具有约束力的仲裁解决。
